Transfer Admission Process

Once transfer applicants have completed the process below, the Admissions Committee will communicate decisions within a few weeks based on available space in each grade. We will offer Visit Days for transfer applicants in the early spring.
Apply Starting Friday, February 20, 2026
  • Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will be available Friday, February 20, 2026. There is a $65 fee. Application fee waivers are available for our legacy families (children of alumni).
Required Application Steps
  • Campus Tour and Family Interview
  • PVI Visit Day
    • Applicants are required to come spend the day with us in order to experience the classrooms and social culture of PVI.
  • Parent Questionnaire
  • If Catholic, Proof of Catholic Faith
    • Baptismal, First Communion, or Confirmation Certificate
  • Teacher Recommendation
  • Discipline Report
  • High School Transcript
