Transcript Requests During School Closure
As Paul VI transitions to online learning and our school building is temporarily closed, we will continue to process transcript requests to the best of our ability. We appreciate your patience as we hope to make this process as seamless as possible and will do our best to meet your needs.
If we have access to your transcript, we will forward your transcript to the location you provide on your request form.
Please continue to use the alumni request form on our website as follows:
Main page, top right corner, alumni tab, drop down to the 'request transcripts' option. Send the completed form to our Registrar, Debbie Bozik, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A confirmation will be sent to you and any further steps if necessary.
