  • SCHOOL COUNSELOR (FULL TIME)

    St. Paul VI Catholic High School is seeking a dynamic, organized, and dedicated School Counselor for the 2021-2022 school year at our new campus in Chantilly, Virginia. School Counselors deliver a full range of student services to include academic and personal advisement and college and career counseling. The candidate must be able to positively engage students, parents, and faculty members in delivering services.

    The candidate must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.

    Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in counselor education and must hold or be eligible for Virginia licensure. Experience in college admissions a plus.

  • ENGLISH TEACHER (FULL TIME)

    St. Paul VI Catholic High School is seeking a full-time teacher to primarily teach college-level, Dual Enrollment English courses for the 2021-2022 school year at our new campus in Chantilly, Virginia. This position requires a master's degree in English. There are NO exceptions; the teacher must also meet the hiring requirements of Northern Virginia Community College.

    We have a one-to-one laptop program that integrates technology into teaching and learning with teachers and students using laptops on a daily basis in the classroom. Applicants must be willing to teach in this integrated technology classroom environment. We seek applicants with a Virginia teaching license with the English teaching endorsement.

  • INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN COACH (FULL TIME)

    St. Paul VI Catholic High School is seeking a full-time Instructional Design Coach to join our team at our new campus in Chantilly, Virginia. Candidates must have five years of experience in curriculum development and design, a Master’s Degree preferably in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Virginia teaching license.  Preferred candidates will have a minimum of five years of classroom instruction experience and one year in a teacher leadership role that involved systematic coaching and modeling to improve teacher effectiveness and student growth.

     Job Description
    • Facilitate the curriculum review process and design of high-level curriculum.
    • Facilitate the Professional Learning Community meetings for department chairs.
    • Provide direction and coordination for how the curriculum is taught consistent with school-wide initiatives and best instructional practices.
    • Assist teachers with planning and pacing of lessons, the development of differentiated lessons, performance assessments, and the selection of best practices to meet the needs of their students.  
    • Informally observe (non-evaluative) teachers and provide feedback on their implementation of appropriate instructional strategies and teaching practices for dual purposes of supporting teacher’s professional growth and students’ success.  
    • Guide teachers in planning and participating in professional development experiences relevant to attaining PVI professional growth goals.
    • Support teachers and administrators in analyzing and managing data to improve instruction on all levels.
     
  • GERMAN (PART TIME)

    St. Paul VI Catholic High School is seeking a part-time teacher to teach German courses for the 2021-2022 school year at our new campus in Chantilly, Virginia.  We have a one-to-one laptop program that integrates technology into teaching and learning with teachers and students using laptops on a daily basis in the classroom.  Applicants must be willing to teach in this integrated technology classroom environment. We seek applicants with a Virginia teaching license with the German teaching endorsement. We prefer applicants with a master’s degree in German and the ability to teach college level Dual Enrollment German courses.

  • SPANISH (FULL TIME)

    St. Paul VI Catholic High School is seeking a full-time teacher to teach Spanish courses for the 2021-2022 school year at our new campus in Chantilly, Virginia.  We have a one-to-one laptop program that integrates technology into teaching and learning with teachers and students using laptops on a daily basis in the classroom.  Applicants must be willing to teach in this integrated technology classroom environment. We seek applicants with a Virginia teaching license with the Spanish teaching endorsement.
