  • Advancement Support Specialist

    As a Catholic high school, it is the mission of St. Paul VI Catholic High School to provide an environment in which students and teachers are able to develop their God-given gifts and talents. The Advancement Support Specialist is an open-minded collaborator who seeks to find ways to continue the excellence at PVI, witnesses Gospel values, and supports the operational vitality of St. Paul VI Catholic High School.

    The Advancement Support Specialist assists with all aspects of Advancement events, including planning, organizing, on-site services, vendor/supplier coordination and event delivery. The role works with the Associate Director of Advancement and the Director of Advancement to create relevant invitation lists, publish event messaging and manage the RSVP process. This role also assists in other aspects of Advancement, including donor appeals/campaigns, the Community Partners Program, Athletic Booster Club initiatives and alumni programming.

    Specific Responsibilities:
    ● Work with Associate Directors of Advancement to manage event needs, including planning and organizing all social and fundraising Advancement events
    ● Monitor event budgets and create necessary Purchase Orders
    ● Coordinate and manage third party companies/vendors needed for events, including price quotes and event logistics
    ● Create and send pre and post event messaging/graphics to drive attendance and inform attendees of necessary information
    ● Support Annual Campaign initiatives in coordination with the Associate Director of Advancement
    ● Support aspects of the Community Partners Program in coordination with the Director of Advancement
    ● Support Athletic Booster Club activities in coordination with the Director of Advancement
    ● Support alumni program initiatives in coordination with the Associate Director of Advancement
    ● Other duties as assigned

    The salary range for this position is $25 to $35 per hour.

  • Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach

    St. Paul VI Catholic High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as an Assistant Girls Volleyball coach. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with an extraordinary and winning PVI program while positively impacting the lives of student-athletes.

    A successful candidate must possess a strong commitment to Catholic education, prior volleyball coaching experience is preferred. Candidates should understand that the position requires an early afternoon commitment for practices and games. The Assistant Coach will work with the Freshman team.

    The salary range for this position is $1,500 to $3,000.

  • JV Boys Lacrosse Coach

    St. Paul VI Catholic High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as a Junior Varsity Boys Lacrosse Coach. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with an extraordinary and winning PVI program while positively impacting the lives of student-athletes.

    A successful candidate must possess a strong commitment to Catholic education, and prior lacrosse coaching experience is preferred. Candidates should understand that the position requires an early afternoon commitment for practices and games. The coach will work with the JV team.

    The stipend for this position is $1,500 to $3,000 for the spring 2027 season.
