PVI Players Recognized at Thespian Festival

Members of the PVI Players attended the Thespian Festival at the Hilton Tysons Corner and Capital One Hall on Saturday, January 10 and Sunday, January 11, 2026.
Eighteen students participated in acting classes, dance, and vocal workshops, gaining new skills and inspiration throughout the weekend. Students also had the opportunity to learn from former PVI choreographer Ahmad Maady, who led engaging dance workshops.

PVI’s one-act play, EXIT, directed by Gabbi Burgos '26, had an outstanding showing. Acting award medals were earned by Nico Flores '26, Lexy Said '26, Cameron Herrera '27, and Katherine Heflin '27, with Maddie Bradford '26 receiving an All-Star Actor Medal.

The cast also took home top honors for Best Ensemble, Most Impactful Story, and Best Execution of Theme.
