Students, Alumni, and Staff Attend Special Commitment Mass

On Saturday, July 25, 2026, many PVI students, alumni, and staff attended a special Commitment Mass for former PVI Youth Apostles Missionaries Kieran Koch, YA, and Matias Paniagua, YA.
Kieran and Matias promised — for the rest of their lives — to inspire youth to follow Jesus and to live the Evangelical Counsels of Poverty, Chastity, and Obedience. The Mass was held at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Fairfax, with several priests and seminarians in attendance, including our chaplain, Father Jonathan.

Kieran and Matias are both in seminary this year, studying to become priests. Their faithful witness and generous service have been a tremendous blessing to the PVI community and a great gift to the Church. We are grateful for their example and continue to pray for them as they discern and pursue their call to the priesthood!
