Jack A. Cochran '27 Earns Eagle Scout Rank

Congratulations to Jack A. Cochran ’27, who recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout and was honored at a Court of Honor ceremony on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
Jack is a member of Troop 1978, based at St. Mark Catholic Church in Vienna, VA, and has been active in scouting since first grade. For his Eagle Scout project, Jack built a native seed bank to support the outdoor education area at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens in Vienna.

Over the years, Jack has earned all the required Eagle merit badges and participated in numerous camps, hikes, and service projects. His scouting journey includes high adventure trips to Northern Tier in Canada and Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico.
