PVI Attends Conference on AI in Catholic Education

On August 6, 2025, PVI faculty member and member of the diocesan AI committee, Mr. Michael Hargadon attended and spoke at the “Leading with Purpose: Catholic School Leadership in a Changing World” conference at Marymount University-Ballston Center in Arlington, VA.
Mr. Hargadon, along with Finn Hargadon ’26, Brent Barlow ’26, Jacob Ramsey ’24, and Paulo Korowajczuk Nader ’25, developed a program called LUMA, an intelligent classroom assistant. LUMA is designed to integrate seamlessly with Google Classroom, creating a responsive and intelligent assistant that supports both students and teachers.
