PVI Student Art Showcase Awards 2026

Congratulations to our incredibly talented art students who showcased their creativity and hard work during the Student Art Showcase on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Awards were given for Best in Show, Rising Artist and Excellence.
Best in Show Award
The “Best in Show” art award recognizes the most outstanding artwork within an Art Show. It recognizes the piece that stands out as the most impressive, regardless of the specific category or medium.
Awarded to: “Identity” by Maddie Lee ’28.
 
2nd: “Chaos in Motion” by Malena Pereira Sivulka ’27 and “Korean School” by Isabel Lee ’27
3rd: “Discernment #2” by Lukas Broadwell ’27
 
Rising Artist Award
The “Rising Artist Award” recognizes a young emerging artist who demonstrates strong potential and whose work clearly shows active growth in developing technical skills and artistic voice.
Awarded to: Dani Bruno

3rd: Avery Thom ’27 and Jocelyn Sweeney ’28
 
Excellence Award
The “Excellence Award” is given to a young artist whose portfolio shows unity throughout all of their artworks. This artist is beginning to develop a unique style that is recognizable across the portfolio, making the body of work feel like one growing artwork itself.
Awarded to: Katie Le ’26
