FAQs

List of 5 frequently asked questions.

  • What is a recurring gift?

A recurring gift is an ongoing, specific gift amount determined by a donor that is charged monthly to a donor's credit card. An individual donor agrees to a contribution amount-- as little as $10 each month-- and it will be charged to the credit or debit card accordingly.

Recurring giving is an easy, automatic way to support PVI that works for donors’ budgets and schedules. It is convenient, customizable, environmentally friendly, and helps ensure a steady source of funding for PVI.
  • What is the PVI-12 Sustainers Club program?

The PVI-12 Sustainers Club is a new recurring gift program for the Fund for Paul VI at St. Paul VI Catholic High School. Members of the PVI-12 program agree to a monthly recurring gift to support the needs of the school.
  • What are the benefits of the PVI-12 Sustainers Club program?

The PVI-12 program provides donors with a variety of benefits:
    • Cost Efficiency: Spreading support throughout the year is a convenient way to include donations into personal and family budgets. Monthly giving is the most cost efficient way to deliver support.
    • Satisfaction: Donors will know they are helping PVI provide an exceptional student experience each month.
    • Convenience: When donors participate in the PVI-12 Recurring Gift Program, their gifts will appear each month on their credit card. The Advancement Office will send donors a single calendar year-end tax receipt each January to help with tax preparations.
    • Flexibility: Donors can easily increase, decrease, or discontinue the monthly gifts, or change the credit card being charged.
  • How does a donor enroll in the program or modify their gift?

Donors can enroll or modify an existing monthly gift by reaching out to the Office of Advancement at 703-352-0925.
  • Are there any incentives for members of the PVI-12 program?

Upon registration, members of the PVI-12 Sustainers Club will receive a thank-you letter and a PVI-12 window cling or magnet. Members will also receive invitations to special PVI events throughout the year and will be recognized in the Annual Report published in Panther Tracks magazine.
