St. Paul VI Catholic High School takes great pride in awarding merit and fine arts scholarships to incoming 9th-grade students who embody the values that represent the spirit of the Paul VI community and our mission.
Nineteen of our PVI students received their Sacraments of Initiation and were fully initiated into the Church this past Sunday, April 21, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
The Boys Basketball team traveled to Nationals and fell short in the final game against Montverde Academy, but had a stellar program, building boys into young men.
Following a blessed Easter weekend, the Panthers headed south to Hartsville, SC, to compete in the prestigious Southeastern Baseball Classic (SBC). The Panthers captured their fourth win with a 7-4 victory over their rival, DeMatha. Congratulations to the team and Coach Billy Emerson!
Congratulations to junior Reagan McGovern, the winner of the Fr. John Crossin, OSFS, Christian Unity Essay Contest. Provincial, Fr. Jack Kolodziej, OSFS, and Br. Daniel P. Wisniewski, O.S.F.S., Ph.D., presented Reagan with a certificate and check, and her essay will be featured in the DeSales Weekly Oblate newsletter.
Paul VI is proud to announce that Katie Boland and Peter Delacourt have been selected as National Merit Scholarship finalists and have received Certificates of Merit. Congratulations Katie and Peter!
On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, a group of PVI students and faculty, including members of our Panthers for Life Club and PVI drumline, beautifully represented St. Paul VI Catholic High School at the Virginia March for Life in Richmond.
Ice Hockey finished the season with a WCAC Championship win, defeating Good Counsel with a score of 4-2. This is our second WCAC Championship in a row!
The Paul VI Basketball program and Morgan’s Message Club organized a dedication game on Friday, February 9, 2024 against Good Counsel in the PAC. The Boys Basketball teams and the PVI Options Basketball team played that night to a full crowd.
On February 7, 2024, Katy Schrock '24 and Roy Wulf '26 shared their Directed Independent Studies (DIS) presentations with parents, friends, faculty, and administration.
Congratulations to PVI students Paulo Korowajczuk Nader, Julia Korowajczuk Nader, and Allen Riotto, along with a non-PVI student, the winners of the Best Overall Category at the HackBI on January 27-28, 2024 at Bishop Ireton High School.
