PVI at 2024 Youth in Government Day

On Tuesday, April 16, Hema Ravi '25 represented Paul VI at the annual 2024 Youth in Government Day held at the Loudoun County Government Office.
Throughout the day, Hema interacted with the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, held a Mock Trial with other students concerning an already-disputed issue, and assisted board members during a business meeting. Loudoun County Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) organizes Youth in Government Day as an opportunity for students to interact with members of the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors at the Loudoun County Government Center. Hema applied for this opportunity through the Youth Advisory Council (YAC), which encourages students to get involved in their community and stay aware of things going on in Loudoun County.
