Paul VI Catholic High School in Fairfax, VA is seeking applicants for the position of:

Head Coach - Varsity Boys’ Lacrosse

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Bachelor's Degree - Varsity head coaching experience (preferred) - Ability to successfully administer & manage all aspects of the entire boys’ lacrosse program - Understanding of & ability to exude character while supporting the mission & philosophies of the school & athletic department - Knowledge of the school, conference and State policies - Ability to attract successful students to Paul VI - Experience & ability in community outreach to local youth lacrosse programs - Ability to ensure academic success - Contacts & experience in assisting student-athletes to continue in college - Strong belief in multisport participation - Strong belief in supporting other athletic programs within the school - Experience in budgeting - Proven leadership ability - Ability to fundraise - Excellent organizational skills - Strong, positive communication skills with student-athletes, parents, staff & alumni - Proven success in coaching/teaching - Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate student athletes on & off the field - Strong computer/technology skills - Evidence of professional development (coaching certification preferred).
