  • Tuition is paid in full or in installments through FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS Tuition Management will bill an annual fee to the family for this service. 
  • There is no additional Catholic rate discount after the 3rd student. i.e. the 4th and/or any additional students will be billed at the 3rd student rate.
  • To receive the Catholic tuition rate, a Catholic Baptismal Certificate must be on file at the school.

Tuition Payments

Thank you for making an investment in Catholic education. We recognize and appreciate the choice your family has made. Paying tuition is an annual commitment, and, as such, all tuition and fees must be made in full by July 1, 2023 for the 2023-24 school year, or you must sign up for a tuition payment plan by June 30, 2023. For additional information, please contact our Finance Office. We look forward to working with you to support your commitment to Catholic education.

We are pleased to offer FACTS Tuition Management Program (FACTS) FACTS Payment Plans and Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment on the same platform. All families must enroll in the FACTS Tuition Management Program, NO LATER THAN MAY 1, 2023.

  • Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan Online

    1. Use this link
    2. If you have an existing Tuition Payment Plan through FACTS and have already created a user account, please enter your existing username and password and click "Sign In" to manage your account. If you are a new FACTS user, please select "Create username and password.
    3. Select the appropriate School Year (2023-2024).
    4. Click on the “Set up a Payment Plan” link, by selecting Full Pay, Semester Pay, Quarterly Pay, or Monthly Pay.
    5. Select Payment Details (FACTS will charge a 2.85% fee for credit/debit cards. No fee is charged for checking/savings account withdrawal).
    6. Select payment date (5th or 20th).
    7. Review and Authorize.
    PLEASE NOTE: PVI’s Finance Office will enter the tuition and fee amounts, scholarships and/or financial aid received. Questions regarding your FACTS account can be referred to Laura Kruczkowski.

    PLEASE NOTE: FACTS charges a one-time fee of $20 when you select Full Pay or Semester Pay options and a one-time fee of $50 when you select Quarterly Pay or Monthly Pay options.

    These fees are non-refundable. Returning students will pay through their FACTS account. New students will pay during registration directly to St. Paul VI Catholic High School.
     
    Freshman or Transfer Student: $1,000 ($325 is applied to tuition)

    Returning Student: $620*

    *Charged via FACTS Tuition Management on March 15, 2023.
  • One-time Fees

    These fees are non-refundable and will be paid through your FACTS account.
     
    For New Registrants:

    F-1 Visa Processing Fee: $500
     
    For Seniors:

    These fees are non-refundable and will be paid through your FACTS account.
     
    Academic Center for Excellence (ACE):
    $945 per semester
     
    DeSales Learning Center (DeSales):
    $2,590 per year for one block (Upperclassmen)
    $3,515 per year for two blocks (Freshman only)

    Options Program Fee:
    $1,395 annual fee

    Bus Service:
    Two Way: $2,400
    One Way: $1,500

    Parking Tag (limited spaces): $225 per year (not prorated)

    Course Changes: $40

    Returned Check Fee: $35 per check returned
    Late Payment Fee: $25

    Dual Enrollment Lab Fee: $100 (per semester)
     
    Additional fees may be assessed as necessary (e.g. AP testing, Dual Enrollment courses, online textbooks, art supplies).

Tuition Policy

  • After July 31, 2023, if your student(s) withdraw(s) for any reason, you will be responsible for the full first semester’s tuition.
  • If the student(s) has begun attending second semester classes, you will be responsible for the full semester's tuition.               
  • The balance will be due at the time of withdrawal. Official transcripts will not be released until the balance is paid in full.
