Applying to PVI
If you are applying for the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade: (2007 -2008)
Complete and return the PVI application with application with a $50.00 application fee.
Request a letter of recommendation and official transcript from your current
school to be sent to PVI (the Request for Records and Recommendation forms are available on our website)
Schedule an interview with the Assistant Principal for Admissions
and Student Life
International students must submit a copy of their visa or I-20.
The student must have a copy of his/her legal custody agreement if not living with parents. An interview and additional testing is required.
If you are in the 8th grade (School Year 2007-2008)
Complete and submit your application to PVI in the early fall of your 8th grade year. Attach the $50.00 application fee. The application deadline is January 25, 2008.
If you attend a Catholic elementary school in the Diocese of Arlington, your school will administer the high school placement test on Thursday, December 6, 2007. Your school will have the necessary test registration forms. If you list Paul VI as your first choice, your school will forward your transcripts directly to Paul VI. If Paul VI is your second or third choice, you must request your transcripts be sent directly to Paul VI.
If you are not in a school affiliated with the Diocese of Arlington, take the
high school placement test at PVI on Saturday, December 8, 2007, or on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. Test registration forms may be obtained from PVI or online at www.paulvi.net
Submit test form and $30 fee to PVI prior to test date. Provide your school
with the Request for records and Recommendation forms (available on our website).
Transcripts and recommendations must be provided no later than February 10th,
2008.
