    If you are applying for the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade: (2009 -2010)

  • Complete and return the PVI application with application with fee ($50.00 to PVI). Prospective students and parents can also use our Online Application.
  • Request a letter of recommendation and official transcript from your current school to be sent to PVI (forms may be downloaded) Testing may be required.
  • Arrange an appointment for an interview with the Assistant Principal for Admissions and Student Life (interviews are not necessary for incoming 9th graders).
  • International students must submit a copy of their visa or I-20. The student must have a copy of his/her legal custody agreement if not living with parents. An interview with the Assistant Principal for Admissions and additional testing is required. All International students must have resided in the United States for a minimum of one school year.
  • If you are in the 8th grade (School Year 2009-2010)

  • Complete and submit your application to PVI by January 25, 2010. ($50.00 application fee) Prospective students and parents can also use our Online Application.
  • If you attend a Catholic elementary school in the Diocese of Arlington, your school will administer the high school placement test on Thursday, December 3, 2009.
  • If you are not in a school affiliated with the Diocese of Arlington, take thehigh school placement test at PVI on either Saturday, December 5, 2009 or Saturday, January 9, 2010. (Test registration forms are available on our website)
  • Submit test form and $30 fee to PVI prior to test date. Provide your schoolwith the request for records and recommendation form. (Forms are available on our website)
